This is my favorite for free online learning. Youtube is an incredible FREE resource where you can go to for any topic. I taught myself how to set up a WordPress site in an hour from watching videos on Youtube. I also enjoyed exploring Art History lectures and take museum tours led by curators. On Youtube I learned how to set up apps and plugins on this website.

This is an online learning community with thousands of classes in design, business, creativity, technology, and more. Anyone can join the millions of members in its community to learn cutting-edge skills, network with peers and discover new opportunities. Artists Network
You can choose from a variety of mediums from watercolor painting techniques to the art and science of drawing to painting abstractions and using acrylics. and pastels. Some lessons are around $49. Coursera
Courses are taught by professors from many top universities, organizations and art institutions, like the Museum of Modern Art. Many specializations are fee-based, but even these courses can be audited for FREE. Web Design for Everybody (Basics of Web Development and Coding) Specialization is offered from $49. Codecademy
This is a simple online interactive platform that offers free coding classes in 12 different programming languages including Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript (jQuery, AngularJS, React.js), Ruby, SQL, and Sass, as well as markup languages HTML and CSSA. It offers FREE and paid online learning for web development, iOS and Android development and data science. Nanodegrees from $199 per month. This learning hub’s tutorials are based on learning through exploration, rather than guided lessons. You can also communicate with other users to learn even more from their discoveries and mistakes.
