    Much metta to you and all the fellow artists. Live as my expat in Thailand. Did masters degree thesis in mindfulness of the body and Visionary art. Compiled it into book called now art thou. Study Buddhism and mindfulness along with bringing what arises from within into the material realm
    Busy recreating online presence. Yet for me the beauty is in the creative process. Thank you for sharing your insights.
